About us

One-O-Five Precision Ltd, is a precision CNC machining company based in Dalston, Cumbria, that takes pride in its quality of work and aims to build lasting relationships with both its employees, customers, suppliers, and other interested parties.

Our workshop consists of 3-Axis & 4-Axis Milling Machines, Lathes and Turning Centres with live tooling and Y Axis. Our workshop also includes an Aberlink Halo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), capable of handling a wide range of measurements and materials, the Halo CMM is a perfect fit for our diverse manufacturing needs.

All CNC Milling machines are equipped with Hypermill offline programming software.

We carry out machining on Aluminium, Plastics, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and ‘Exotic’ materials.

One-O-Five has the ability to complete both one-off and batch works to a high standard and short lead time, without adversely affecting the Quality or our Health & Safety and Environmental impacts.

One-O-Five Precision was founded by Richard Pratt in January 2021.

After gaining qualifications and on the job training in machining and building up a reputation for his work, Richards dream was to create and grow his own company.

Adam joined #team105 in 2022 as Workshop Supervisor.

He brought 11+ years of machining experience to the team and always gives 110% to his work.

Adam also brings a smile and fun approach to the working day, keeping us all uplifted.
